One of the oldest and most well-known neighbourhoods in India's new Delhi is anand parbat. This area contains the well-known Anand Parbat Industrial Area. Earlier, this industrial sector belonged to the Ramjas Foundation, however the supreme court has since granted the DDA ownership of this site. The industrial sector, however, has been given the go-ahead, and the government has now permitted redevelopment of the region in order to comply with the legal requirement. Given its location, it is anticipated that the region will be given to the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (dsiidc) for continued management.
