ballabhgarh is a large town located in the district of Faridabad, haryana. it is a part of the national capital region (ncr) and lies in the south west region of faridabad. the other major neighbourhood nearby ballabhgarh area dabua colony, kundan colony, sector 7d, sector 3, sector 2 etc.

 the origin of ballabhgarh goes back to 1705 and was named after its founder raja balram singh. it lies on the national highway 2 

this area lies very close to the old national highway 2 (currently known as nh9) that connects the states of delhi, haryana,  jharkhand, uttar pradesh, bihar, and west bengal. it forms a major portion of grand trunk road which is one of asias longest roads. this town is only 29 km from delhi and is connected to faridabad and southeast delhi by the delhi metro network. it was the fourth city to get metro connectivity in haryana after gurgaon, faridabad and bahadurgarh.
