The project's location is close to a number of upscale residential communities, schools, hospitals, and commercial malls. Only 2.6 kilometers separate Nava Vaibhava from the Outer Ring Road, which is situated in Bangalore's North neighborhood.

Nava Vaibhava is a quaint gated community and has good 2 and 3 BHK apartments which are very spacious and range from 900 to 1100 Sq. ft. Moreover, its positioning close to the Outer Ring Road makes it a well-accessible site.
