    I have been very happy since I started living in Prestige Park Drive. Prestige Park Drive is a carefully thought-out community that provides easy access to all of life's amenities. The project, which takes up 28 acres, features 468 plots that range in size from 1200 square feet to 2403 square feet. The project boasts a magnificent clubhouse, lush green landscape, and a plethora of top-notch amenities. It is also conveniently located on NH 44.

The project's amenities, which include a library, spa, sauna, and steam room, are also available to residents. Constant security is in place. It's a gated community. Additional features include storm water drains, a sewage treatment plant, landscaping and tree planting, a business centre, a party hall, solid waste management and disposal. Parking for visitors is available.
