Premium real estate company Birla Estates, the real estate arm of Aditya Birla Group, has acquired a 28.6-acre plot on Sarjapur Road in Bangalore for new projects. The company plans to develop prime housing for the large number of IT professionals working in the IT corridor of Sarjapur, Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, and Electronics City.
