Provident Housing, the Bengaluru-based affordable housing arm of Puravankara, plans to launch projects covering more than 6.5 million square feet within the next three months, including two townships in Bengaluru and Chennai.
We have two second-phase launches and five new projects underway within three to six months. Currently, we have 8,500 units under construction and another 6,500 units will be launched in Kochi, Chennai, and Bengaluru during this period," Chief Operating Officer Mallanna Sasalu.
