The Union Government announced the Agniveer Yojana on 14th June 2022. Under this scheme, the government will train all the eligible candidates with numerous benefits like attractive packages, physical and skill training. Individuals who will enrol for Agniveer registration will get a monthly salary of Rs 30,00 to Rs 40,000 every month for four years.
The Union government also announced that 75% of Agniveers will get demobilized after four years with an attractive ‘Seva Nidhi’ Exit package worth Rs. 11.71 lakh. However, the remaining 25% will be inducted to become regular cadres of the Indian Armed Forces and serve for the next 15 years.
CREDAI officers met with the Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel, state BJP President CR Patil, and State Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi to get internal information about the Agniveer recruitment process and Yojana.

Confederation of Real Estate developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Gujarat, welcomed the Agneepath scheme of the Union Government with open arms. They promise to offer 3K jobs to the Agniveer in the real estate sector. This is one of the major announcements after the Agniveer Scheme announcement.
Further, the CREDAI Gujarat President Ajat Patel stated that they are ready to welcome the Agneepath scheme cruised by the Central Government. He also stated that our Indian army is known across the globe for its physical training and skill set, which catered to 50,000 youth each year. These youths under the Agniveer scheme will get quite an appealing package during the training course of four years along with an ‘Agniveer Graduate Degree.’
He also added that CREDAI will offer 3000 Agniveers employment in the real estate sector of Gujarat every year. Moreover, CREDAI has 26 state chapters across India, where CREDAI Gujarat will explain the employment process and Agniveer scheme updates. It is anticipated that this will help Agniveer recruitment globally across India in the real estate sector. The numbers expected for employment are 30,000 each year. After the announcement of Agniveer Yojana, many private sector companies and Government departments have come forward to offer job offers to Agniveers in the Indian Army.
