The actor has recently bought an under construction property in Bandra at Bandstand, which occupies the entire four floors of the multiplex, nestled in front of the popular Bandra Beach. This tourist location also houses many Bollywood celebrities, making Ranveer a neighbour of Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan as his new quadruplex is nestled amidst Shahrukh’s Mannat and Salman Khan’s house Galaxy Apartments. 

This luxurious quadruplex covers four floors, i.e., 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th in the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society. With the unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s house in Mumbai’s Bandra is aired with a carpet area of 11,266 sq. ft. along with 1,300 sq. ft. of exclusive terrace. The couple is gifted with a 19-car parking space. 

The per sq. ft. worth of Ranveer’s grand quadruplex is estimated at around Rs. 1.05 lakh. The self-made actor, Ranveer Singh wished to own a beachfront house, which he turned into reality on July 6, 2022, when the documentation was carried out for the quadruplex located in front of the Bandra beach.

The celeb couple invested around Rs. 22 crore in that property. Reportedly, they got their Alibag house registered on the 13th of September 2021 and gave Rs. 1.32 crores as stamp duty. This luxurious penthouse is located in Mapgaon, Alibag, and spans over 2.25 acres of land area along with 18,000 sq. ft. of built-up area. This spacious bungalow is situated in the Satirje locality, just 10 minutes away from the Kihim beach. This swanky house is located in the Hamptons of Mumbai, which is the elite of the financial capital. It is located in a coastal town, which is accessible 4-5 hours by drive from the city or 45 minutes by ferry. 

Recently, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone performed an intimate Griha Pravesh ceremony at this house in Alibaug and allowed their fans the opportunity to have a glimpse of the ceremony through his Instagram story. In the string of pictures shared by him, Ranveer was seen performing an intimate pooja ceremony with his wife, Deepika Padukone.
