Environment Department: In the case of performing construction work in an area of more than 20,000 square metres, it is required to consult with the Environment department to seek Environment Clearance (EC).

Police Department: It is required to seek clearance from the police department before building community/commercial complexes such as multiplexes, cinemas, theatres, religious buildings, party plots, fuelling stations, etc. 

Oil Gas Pipeline Department: If the individual has the rights to the land of the building unit or if the gas pipeline is under passing, in that case seeking clearance from the Oil and Gas pipelines Department is necessary.
