Enveloped by semi-sheer blinders, tall glass windows that take up the entire wall- from ceiling to the floor lush feature wooden panels and allow ample sunlight to enter the well-ventilated home.

It is speculated that these artistic touches were made under the suggestions of Feng Shui, which affirms such structures maintain the flow of positivity and good energy inside the house.

A fleet of luxury cars- The pair owns a jealousy-inducing collection of luxury cars. Their garage gloats their high-end vehicles like a Maserati Quattroporte, reportedly worth Rs 1.5 crore, as well as a BMW X7 SUV, an Audi Q7, an Audi A5 Sportback, a Volvo XC90, and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, among many others. In 2019, Devgan also purchased the exuberant Rolls Royce Cullinan, which is owned by only a very few people in the country. According to reports, the exorbitant SUV has a price tag of a hefty Rs 6.95 crore. He was also the first Indian to buy the Maserati Quattroporte. 

A lush property in London- With a keen interest to invest in properties- Kajol and Ajay also own a very fancy bungalow in London, reportedly in London’s Park Lane and is estimated to be around Rs 54 crores.  Apart from their 2 bungalows in Mumbai, the pair also owns a fancy address in London. It is reported that the property is located in London’s Park Lane and is estimated to be worth Rs 54 crore. 

A Lush Farmhouse in Karjat- Ajay and Kajol own a 28-acre farmhouse in Karjat, on the outskirts of Mumbai.  Named Devgan Farms, the Devgan family does organic farming on the property. On the farms they grow everything- From Grains to Fruits, they have it all. Ajay Devgan in an interview had revealed that he often takes his kids to his farm for open-air picnics and to holistically connect with nature.

A six-seater private jet- The pair owns their very own private jet. Yes, that’s right! Only a very few Bollywood celebrities own a private jet, and Ajay Devgan is one of them. Way back in 2010, Ajay was the first Bollywood actor, who had bought his own private jet. Ajay had bought a 6-seater Hawker 800 aircraft that he uses for promotions, shootings, and personal use. The aircraft comes with a hefty price tag of Rs. 84 crore. The actor in one of his interviews revealed that he has always wanted to own a jet.
