Alia Bhatt, now a mother, welcomed her baby girl at in HN Reliance Hospital, Mumbai. Soon, Alia Bhatt took to Instagram and share this heart-warming news with fans

across the world. She posted an image that reads, “And in the best news of our lives, our baby is here, and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love, blessed and obsessed parents, love love love Ranbir and Alia.”

Now, the Kapoor family is planning to move into their new abode Krishna Raj with their princess. Krishna Raj is an 8-storey high-rise building in Bandra. Each floor is built for different purposes. One floor belongs to Neetu Kapoor, another to Ranbir, Alia, and their baby girl, one to Riddhima and her daughter, and one to the princess whenever she wants her personal space. Other floors are dedicated to recreational activities and one floor is their office where actors will listen to the script narrations. The black-comedy film Darlings was the first movie of Alia’s production house – Eternal Sunshine Productions.

As cliche as it sounds, a house reflects the personality and her modern-minimalistic themed house highly oozes her style and taste. A place where chaos makes sense, be it the all-white room, contrasting and plush cushions, vintage elements filling in the spaces. While shooting for one of her films, she came in touch with the very talented interior designer, Richa Bahl, who later designed Alia’s home as per her classy taste. The designer made stupendous efforts to design an abode that looks nothing less than heaven. One can vouch that her abode is an absolute reflection of her personality and taste.

The designer has spoken about Alia’s home in one of the interviews. She said, “Alia may not have mentioned what she wanted in her home, but she was pretty clear with what she did not”. 

A warm abode featuring a minimalistic and vibrant aesthetic around the house, the placement of simple decor pieces at the right corners gives an edge to the whole space.

The designer made sure that her freshness, vibrancy and cheerfulness were well-mirrored with the colour scheme of the abode. 

About the High-Rise Building: Silver Beach Apartments

Alia Bhatt’s house is situated in a high-rise residential building complex of Silver Beach apartments in Juhu, Mumbai. Due to its prime location, the value and the real-estate market competition for the property are fathomable. The building has been layered in a basic modern architecture facade.

Alia Bhatt’s home sprawls over an area of about 2,300 Sq.Ft and is currently valued at a whooping  ₹13.11 crores.

The actor’s apartment is located in the poshest localities of Juhu and carries inspiration from the New York lofts. Alia Bhat’s house has been permeated with an elegant white aesthetic, featuring Alia’s favourite posters and accent lighting, accentuating every nook of the house. 

Originally a 4-bedroom apartment was redesigned into a 3-bedroom apartment, extending the living room area. • The lobby area has been isolated by an eye-catching teal blue door, which usually plays the functional role of the waiting area. • A statement clock can be seen as a wall accent, directing towards the main entrance of the house.
• The creamy couch against the white walls of the room gives a grandeur vibe to the whole space. The expansive windows and concrete tiled add to the splendour of the space. 
• Other elements include a tiny bicycle, indoor plants and ivory candles, which adds more notable “Gen-Z” elements in her house. 

The Dreamy Living Room

The interiors of the room revolve around the black and white aesthetic. To add an element of vintage, grey hardwood flooring and geometric rugs are placed in the living room. A wooden coffee table sits in the centre of the room along with a pendant light, giving the corner a ‘homey’ and ‘cosy’ vibe.

All-White Dressing Room

The dressing room has been accentuated with experimental colour-popping elements in maroon, burnt orange, green and teal. 

Plush Bedroom of the Star

Her all-white bedroom with golden frames, adjustable table lamps, patterned cushions and bright blue bedside table gives a royal feel.

The kitchen of the house revolves around the theme of white and ivory tones along with wooden fixtures, furniture, muted accents and flooring. Alia wanted to go subtle and slightly lowkey. Love Birds, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, have been spotted in their supposedly new home in one of the poshest localities of Chembur. 

Carrying heritage importance, the bungalow has been home to Ranbir and Riddhima for over thirty-five years. Now completing the full circle, the couple is anticipated to live there. Bought by Rishi and Neetu Kapoor in the year 1980, the bungalow is being reconstructed into a novel 15-storey high-rise residential building. 

This new abode encompasses a private parking area that holds the capacity to accommodate Kapoor’s forty-five cars. 

According to the sources, the terrace of the building would incorporate a lounge and a swimming pool.
