Apne Ghar Diwali, a real estate event, curated by Square Yards, India’s leading real estate consultancy has received an overwhelming response from home buyers. The event themed around the Diwali festivities turned out to be one of the biggest property festivals of 2018.
Held on the 2nd and 3rd November in U.A.E., Qatar, and Oman, the show not only attracted the Indian diaspora but also several local investors. In India, Singapore, and Hong Kong the event was held on 3rd and 4th November taking the total cities the show was held to 17 cities across 6 countries.
Going by the numbers, the event saw 300,000+ registrations generating 5,500+ footfalls and resulting in 500+ transactions. With reputed and well-known brands participating and showcasing the best property deals for prospective buyers, the event generated a Gross Transaction Value US$ 50 Mn.
The realty show – Apne Ghar Diwali, which was organized in association with Bling, the events arm of the Square Global Group, also created a huge buzz with special deals and offers which were planned especially for the event.
