The new locations, WeWork Manyata Mahogany in Bengaluru and WeWork GERA Commerzone in Pune, are set to open in the second half of FY Q4 and will cater to the evolving needs of modern workforces.

Located in the Embassy Manyata Business Park, a prime tech park in Hebbal, WeWork Manyata Mahogany spans across 90,500 sq. ft. and houses ~1700 desks across two floors. This new addition further strengthens WeWork India’s presence in the city, which already boasts over 20 operational buildings.
Pune’s Thriving Hub Finds a New Home in GERA Commerzone
WeWork India’s partnership with leading developer K Raheja Corp will bring a wide range of solutions to Pune, a rapidly growing hub for GCCs, IT/ITes, BFSI, global corporations, and manufacturing. With ~1,300 desks across 84,000 sq. ft., WeWork GERA Commerzone will provide modern amenities, positioning itself as a benchmark for a modern workspace in the city.
