Ace Bollywood star Ajay Devgn has recently hit the headlines for renting out commercial space in Andheri’s swarming area to filmmaker Kabir Khan, according to the transaction reviewed by Square Yards. The property, situated in the prominent Signature Tower along Veera Desai Road, spans a generous 3,455 sq. ft. The lease deal, which has a five-year term, will see Kabir Khan paying a monthly rent of a whopping ₹7 lakh for the office. The ‘Leave and License’ deal, finalised in September, cost Rs. 1.12 lakh in stamp duty. Square Yards also reported that the Ajay Devgn office space agreement was secured with a deposit of Rs. 30 lakh for a 60-month period based on the lease term.
