CIDCO is the City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited. The corporation came into force on 17th March 1970, the authority considers itself as the premier town planning development corporation of India. What is the CIDCO Lottery Scheme?

The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) has been launched to provide affordable housing units to the poor section of society. By 31st March 2022, the project aims to complete the construction of 20 million housing units. In response to the project, CIDCO has taken up the job to construct thousands (or sometimes in lakhs) of homes in the Navi Mumbai area. These areas include the Taloja, Panvel, Kalamboli, Kharghar, Juinagar, Bamandongri and Kharkopar. 

The CIDCO Lottery housing scheme consists of 1524 houses for the economically weaker sections (EWS) and 4206 housing units for the general category population. 

The authority picks a specific area every year and constructs the housing units. Afterwards, these units are sold at subsidised rates. These houses are sold via the lottery CIDCO scheme.

Online CIDCO Lottery Registration      

One can register for the CIDCO lottery 2022 via the online portal of the authority. The application procedure is simple and the processing takes a minimum time period of 24 hours to verify the submitted documents. The CIDCO Lottery 2022 application form online is available for all.

CIDCO Lottery 2022 Online Registration

Follow the steps as mentioned below to register for CIDCO Lottery:                     

Step 1: Visit the official portal, https://lottery.cidcoindia.com/App/.  

Step 2: On the homepage of the portal, click on the button ‘Register’. 

Step 3: The portal will then redirect to the registration form window. Fill in all the details as prompted by the portal, such as username, PAN, UIA, password, first name and more. After entering all the details, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 4: In the next window of the lottery application, fill in the details as asked by the portal, such as income group, etc. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button. 

Step 5: Make the payment with the available methods. The payment method options are available via debit card/credit card/net banking/demand draft, etc.

CIDCO Online Grievance Redressal System

The CIDCO authority offers the applicants to lodge their grievances on the online portal. The applicants can register online for redressal of grievances related to the CIDCO lottery, housing schemes and payments. Follow the below-mentioned procedure to lodge your grievance on the online platform of CIDCO. 

Procedure to Lodge Grievance Online

Step 1: Visit the official portal of the CIDCO lottery.

Step 2: On the homepage of the portal, click on the option ‘Citizen/Business Services’. From the drop-down menu, choose the option ‘Online Grievances’. 

Step 3: In the new window, click on ‘New Registration,’ if you are a new user, or enter the credentials in the field if you are already registered on the portal. 

Step 4: On clicking ‘New Registration’, the portal will redirect you to a new window with the registration form. Enter the details, such as name, gender, address, etc, as prompted in the form and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 5: After logging in to the portal, click on the option of ‘Lodge Grievances’. The portal will redirect you to the grievance form. Fill in all the details in this form and click on the submit button. The grievances form will be processed by the authority in the stipulated time period.  

Eligibility Criteria for Applying for CIDCO Lottery 2022      

Before the CIDCO Lottery login and registration, the authority sets eligibility criteria that you need to pass. Listed below are the eligibility criteria for the scheme:

• The domicile certificate should not be less than 15 years old.
• The certificate of domicile can be from any state of Maharashtra. 
• The whole income of the applicant and their family should be between ₹     25,000 to ₹50,000 per month.

CIDCO Housing Scheme 2021 of 4,488 Units For COVID-19 Warriors

The CIDCO Lottery 2021 registration started on 15th August 2021 and the CIDCO registration ended on 21st October 2021. The lottery registration took place for 4,488 units of houses for the COVID-19 warriors and the uniform personnel. 

CIDCO lottery 2021 Kharghar, CIDCO lottery 2021 Ghansoli, CIDCO lottery 2021 Kalamboli, CIDCO lottery 2021 Taloja, and CIDCO lottery 2021 Dronagiri will make 4,488 houses available to COVID-19 warriors and uniformed personnel in five Navi Mumbai districts, namely Taloja, Kalamboli, Kharghar, Ghansoli and Dronagiri.

Procedure After Winning CIDCO Lottery 2021

After winning the lottery for the CIDCO Housing Scheme 2021:

• The authority will send the ‘First Intimation Letter’ to the applicant by post. 
• After receiving the letter, the winning applicant will need to submit the documents asked, such as PAN card, income proof/certificate, domicile certificate, etc. 
• Then, the CIDCO lottery authority will send them a ‘Provisional Offer Letter’ after submitting and verifying documents.
• The applicant will then need to pay the partial amount for the CIDCO housing scheme 2021 units within the defined time period.
• After the full payment, CIDCO will send the allotment letter to the applicant.
• The registration charges and stamp duty for units will be paid by the applicants. 
• The applicants will pay the registration charges and stamp duty for units.
•  Then, the applicant will receive the letter of possession from CIDCO.
