Cidco Nirvara Kendra: How to Register, Login and Book Appointment

For an individual to book an appointment, the user is first required to log in to the portal of CIDCO Nirvara Kendra and follow these mentioned steps:

Step 1: Log in to the homepage or website of CIDCO Nirvara Kendra. 

Step 2: Once you reach the homepage, click on the ‘login’ section. Further, you will find a pop-up notification that will require the user to fill in the CIDCO lottery number followed by the verification code. 

Step 3: Further,  the CIDCO Nivara webpage will lead the user to fill in another box that will require a user to enter their password. 

Step 4: Once, the user enters the password, the user can then log in to the official portal. 

Step 5: As soon as the user logs in to the CIDCO portal, the user can further click on the ‘Book Appointment’ section of the homepage and get their appointment processing. 

Step 6: Once you book an appointment, the user will then be required to confirm the date as well as time on their registered contact number through an SMS. 

CIDCO Nivara Kendra: Document Requirements

Every CIDCO lottery ticket has its documents under the scheme, and the user can easily obtain information regarding the same along with the correct format option by clicking on the ‘Lottery Document’ section that you can find on the homepage of CIDCO Nivara. 

For instance, all the users that have been survivors of the pandemic and are not informed about the scheme can get their hands on the information and documents that are related to the scheme on the CIDCO portal. 

Now, the user needs to click on every tab of the CIDCO Nivara website and get their hands on the PDF file & find details about everything that is required for them to submit.

Documents Verification Process Offline

It is important for all the applicants to note that it is mandatory for them to have certification of both their doses. As it is the only way an applicant can enter the premises of the CIDCO Nivara for their document submission, or the CIDCO enquiry agreement process according to the orders of the government. As soon as the appointment gets confirmed by an applicant, the applicant will receive a ‘First Intimation Letter’ after which the applicant needs to visit the office of CIDCO Nivara for document verification. After the process of document verification, the applicant needs to go through the process of KYC with the help of the primary assessor to which the applicant is required to submit these documents. 

Step 1. Acceptance Letter, with format A

Once the applicant has gone through the entire process of the KYC at the CIDCO Nivara office, the applicant is handed over a token after the same. After this, the applicant needs to contact the verification executive at the CIDCO Nivara, who will help him scan the documents that are required by the officials to submit under the CIDCO Nivara lottery. The documents that are required are as follows:

• PAN card
• ITR- Income Tax Return
• Salary Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Salary Slip
• Salary Slip of both Husband and wife
• Economically Weaker Section PMAY certificate
• All the journalists, required to submit Format E & DGIPR Certificate
• For applicants that are physically handicapped, they are required to submit a certificate
• Tehsildar signed Income Certificate
• For all the state government EMP, require Format D
• For all the Mathadi Kamgar require Mathadi Kamgar certification
• All the LIG Category users require LIG category stamp paper value of INR 200 for Format C
• Nyayadeen and Vanshavall certificates
• The category of the economically weaker section requires an EWS stamp paper value of INR 200 with Format B. 

After the process of document verification is completed at the office, the applicant will get a receipt of acknowledgement from the CIDCO Nivara. After this, you get an SMS followed by an email from the authorities. Now, the applicant is required to make payments (partial) for their house. This payment needs to be done within a specified period.  After this, the user is now required to make the rest of the payment to make an allotment of their home. Now after making the entire payment followed by the documents that were required, the formalities are complete. The applicant will now be given the letter of possession of the CIDCO Nirvara lottery flat that the applicant has won. 

Documents Verification Process Online

In case, the applicant does not want to go through the entire process of document verification through the offline mode, then the applicant can also go through the same via an online mode by visiting the official website of CIDCO Nirvara. 

Follow these Steps:

First, the applicant is required to visit the official website of CIDCO Nirvara by using the steps that have been mentioned above. Once the user reaches the website, the user needs to tap on the option of ‘My Application’ and see all the details mentioned. Further, click on ‘Document Verify’ and proceed.  

• Age Proof

Visit the section that says ‘Applicant Documents’ on the official portal of Nivara Kendra and start uploading the necessary documents that are required for age proof. Next, upload the Aadhar card copy along with the Aadhar card number. 

• Category

Further, add all the necessary details that are required for the category and proceed with the application. 

• Details Related to Income

Now, add all the income-related details on the portal of the CIDCO Nivara by selecting the employee type. Further, add the details related to your spouse’s income and fill in all the necessary details related to the same, and save. Now, proceed with filling in the information related to your salary which includes your salary slip and salary certificate. 

• Domicile Certificate

Next in line is the verification of the domicile certificate that you will find on the portal of CIDCO that is important for the lottery scheme. Therefore, fill in all the necessary details and upload the domicile certificate on the CIDCO portal and save. 

• PMAY Registration

Further, upload the proof related to the PMAY registration and enter all the important details related to PMAY registration along with uploading the certificates and saving the same on the portal. 

• Affidavit B

Now, you must have reached the Affidavit B part on the CIDCO portal. In Now, in case you come under the bracket of INR 0 to 3,00,000 then click on Yes and proceed and in case the requirement doesn’t match, then click on ‘NO’.  Proceed for uploading the same and save. 

• Affidavit C

The process is the same for Affidavit C in case your income matches the slab of INR 3,00,0001 to INR 6,00,000, then select ‘Yes’ and upload the documents of Affidavit C on the CIDCO portal and save. In case it does not match the slab then select ‘No’. 

• Spouse Identity Proof

Last and the most important step is to provide information related to your spouse’s identity. In this section upload the PAN card and Aadhar card details of your spouse on the portal. 

Important Note: Once, you are through with the entire process of entering the information, verify the entire details once again and proceed to and then finally ‘Submit’. After this, you will be directed to the OTP window, enter the OTP that you have received on the registered contact number that needs to be entered. and proceed. After this, you are finally done with your verification appeal successfully. 

Different Schemes under CIDCO Nivara Kendra

• Covid Warrior & Uniformed Personnel CIDCO Lottery (2021)

LOI for the winners of the lottery is published on the CIDCO Nivara Kendra portal where the user can log in and download their respective LOI and upload documents that are required for the process of verification. The period of uploading the documents was from 1st December to 17th December 2021. 

• Swapnapurti Scheme

The allotment letter for the Swapnapurti scheme is also published on the CIDCO Nirvara Kendra portal, where the user is required to log in. The user needs to make the payment for the same according to the scheduled date mentioned in your allotment letter to take ownership of the flat. 

Procedure to be Followed for Changing Name on the Allotment Letter through CIDCO Nivara Kendra

Following is the procedure that is required to be followed by the user to change their name on the allotment letter through CIDCO Nivara Kendra:–

• Submit the application form. 
• Upload the identity proofs such as your PAN Card as well as your Aadhar Card. 
• In case you are changing your name after your marriage then the user is required to submit their marriage certificate as well as a gazetted certificate. 
• Submit the Notarised affidavit in case the name of the applicant is the same before and after marriage. 
• The user is required to submit the application charge of INR 5,000 plus GST that needs to be made online. on the cidco.maharashtra.gov.in/marketing.
