It could be, but for now, we will walk you through David and Victoria Beckham’s House Portfolio, a real estate empire estimated to be worth USD 62 million. From business ventures such as owning Inter Miami FC to his fragrance or his better half owning her fashion label and a cosmetic brand, the former Spice Girl and former Manchester United Winger have made a highly profitable name for themselves. The ‘Beckham Band’ is what the media and fans have labelled it to be, and the pair have completely redefined what it means to be an A-List Celebrity. The Beckhams have spent the majority of their fortune on real estate, and one of their favourites is in London. In 2013, the couple invested a hefty sum of £31 million in buying a 7-bedroom Holland Park Home in West London.

The couple got the Victorian property renovated for £8 million in 2016 with the help of renowned interior designers Kelly Hoppen and Rose Uniacke. The property includes millionaire features like a gymnasium, a salon room, a spa area and a playroom.

The house consists of white-tiled walls and wrought-iron black canopy doors, making the entrance grand and awe-inducing. It also comes with separate quarters where their eldest son, Brooklyn, used to live before moving in with his wife, Nicola Pletz. 

Up In The Air: Miami Skyscraper Penthouse 

Flying down from London to Miami, we now enter a futuristic dimension. Magic City is the second home to the Beckhams, owing to David’s full-time commitment as the owner and President of MLS (Major League Soccer) club, Inter Miami. 

This stunning penthouse in Miami is a part of the One Thousand Museum skyscraper. The 60 floors high and 700- foot tall luxury block offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach. The structure was designed by the late Zaha Hadid, an architectural institution that had also designed the BEEAH headquarters in Sharjah, UAE.

The apartment boasts luxurious free-standing baths surrounded by a completely white interior, be it the cabinetry, countertop, flooring, roof, or a bathtub. The full white interior with the complete glass ceiling on one side offers a grand look to the bathroom. 

Some other amenities of this apartment include the luxuries that green paper can buy, such as a big kitchen, gymnasium, pool, and a spa. This idyllic property was purchased in December 2016 for a reported £6.5 million. Reportedly, the Beckham family enjoyed their lockdown period at this Cotswold farmhouse amidst the tranquillity of nature. 

Over time, the Beckhams redecorated the property and converted it into a beautiful country house. The added textures and new designs give this retro yet rustic property a sprawling mansion-like look. 

The serene beauty of the countryside is an added feature. For this reason, the couple has got all the comforts like rugs, a fireplace and wooden fittings for those cold English winters. The Unexplored Burj Khalifa Apartment

The pair own an apartment space in the world’s tallest building in Dubai. The 160- story Burj Khalifa. DB purchased this property in 2009, the same year the building was opened. Hereby marking his footprint in the Middle East. As per reports, Mr Beckham paid a cool £4 million in this case. But unlike their other estates, this particular real estate has been shrouded in mystery and not much regarding its interiors are known.  

Posh Spice and Becks Palm Jumeirah Villa

The next stop in the David and Victoria Beckham House tour is located on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The location is famous for its glitzy hotels and luxurious apartments, and the lovebirds aren’t far behind in owning a piece of land on this romantic man-made island.

The duo bought this stunning villa for £1.3 million in 2002, the value for which has reportedly risen to £8 million by 2008. It has been reported that the pair who purchased this property as a gift for Victoria’s parents, Tony and Jackie Adams. 

French ‘Beckingham Palace-sur-Mer’

It is reportedly known that the Beckham’s also purchased a home in the South of France in 2003 for £1.5 million which they only used to visit occasionally. Thus, the couple listed this property on sale back in 2016. This 18th-century hilly mansion is located near the Cote-d-Azur region. Which is home to some of the most glamorous beach resorts such as Saint-Tropez and Cannes. 

Prior to its eventual sale, they renovated the posh estate for a further £5 million in order to balance the antique charms with contemporary comforts. This elegant property has six bedrooms and an infinity pool along with all the amenities that make this house a sprawling retreat.
