Phase 4 Metro Delhi: Impact on Real Estate
Phase 4 of the Delhi Metro will enable hassle-free travel and improve the realty aspects of the National Capital Region. Delhi Metro phase IV has been approved, and its announcement will not only boost the capital market but also be beneficial for the rental scenario in years to come.
The property value of the capital market has already seen inflation since the beginning of the construction. However, the rental market is expected to gain similar traction because of the connectivity only after the construction is completed. According to the opinion of the experts, the real estate market is bound to experience a boom around the proposed routes. The prices are anticipated to rise by 5-10% in the coming months, especially in the primary locations like Pitampura, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri, Paschim Vihar, and Prashant Vihar.
