Andhra Pradesh

The DTCP of Andhra Pradesh approves the master plan for the construction of the plot. The APTP Act authorises urban planning and development, and the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act of 1992 approved 1920 urban planning and development.

Telangana

DTCP Telangana works under the urban development department’s and municipal corporation’s jurisdiction for regulating and supporting planning and layouts.

Karnataka

• Detailed map highlighting the existing features, such as residential colonies, schools, hospitals, and religious organisations, within a 500-meter radius of the proposed site.
• Certificate from the local government’s commissioner or panchayat secretary detailing the access roads’ breadth and type/status.
• An official certificate confirming the proposed structure is not close to any waterways.
• Registered ownership paperwork for the property with the survey number, extent, and schedule of borders, attested by a gazetted officer.
• Payment information is submitted to the DTCP for review and technical analysis.
• installation capacity proposed (for industrial applications).
• Plant and equipment costs for the entire project (for industrial applications).
• The revenue authorities have granted a land conversion certificate.
• The emergency services fire department has issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
