The branch was inaugurated by Subhashish Chakraborty, Founder and Chairman, along with Abhishek Chakraborty, Executive Director, and Ms. Arpita C. Mittra, Director of Customer Experience. In India, this gender imbalance is even more pronounced, with women representing a mere 26% of the workforce. Located in Sakinaka, Mumbai, the new branch will be entirely operated by women and is expected to manage an impressive volume of consignments each month. With over 57,000 deliveries and 63,000 bookings, these dedicated female employees will oversee various logistics operations including order placements, tracking, delivery, and returns. The branch aspires to showcase the capabilities of women and break the prevalent stereotypes surrounding their participation in the logistics sector.
