A 365-apartment project has been launched in Dubai’s Business Bay by RKM Durar Properties. RKM Durar Properties is a noted realty developer in Dubai and has recently confirmed this new apartment project for the Dubai Canal. The project is named J One and comes with twin curved towers in a U shape. The first tower or Tower A as it is called, will get 19 floors. There will be a total of 257 studio apartments in this tower in tandem with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
There will also be exclusive temperature-controlled pools in tandems with gymnasiums, spas, a playing zone for kids and a sky garden. The second tower or Tower B will come with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments across 18 floors. There will be 90 units on offer and there will also be 9 retail units and 6 villas specially available at this tower. The buildings will be positioned on the site which is located strategically between the Dubai Canal and the Marassi Business Bay project by Dubai Holding.
Prices start from approximately AED 825,000 for a studio apartment at this project and go up to AED 2.2 million for a two bedroom apartment. RKM Durar Properties is a joint venture between Durar Al Emarat Properties and RKM Real Estate.
