Gensol Engineering to Develop 150 MW Solar Plant in Maharashtra

Complete Development Cycle Responsibilities
Under this contract, Gensol Engineering will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of the project. This includes land acquisition, design, engineering, procurement, and logistics. The company will also oversee the manufacturing, supply, and installation of the solar plant. Integration with State Transmission Utility Substation
As part of their role, Gensol Engineering will undertake the erection, testing, and commissioning of the grid-connected system. Furthermore, the company will also focus on building power evacuation infrastructure tying the solar plant to the State Transmission Utility (STU) substation. This integration is crucial as it ensures the seamless incorporation of the renewable energy generated by the plant into the state’s power transmission network.
Operations and Maintenance Services
In addition to the developmental tasks, Gensol Engineering will also provide three years of operations and maintenance (O&M) services. These services encompass the maintenance of both the plant’s switchyard and transmission infrastructure.
