Gigi’s eccentric abode exemplifies her love for bohemian, contemporary and Mediterranean designs. The pictures she has shared in the past give away her fondness for eclectic themes concluded with mixed textures and some signature bohemian-inspired details. There are artworks displayed and eccentric rugs laid out all over the house. 

Currently, Gigi resides in a NoHo tower, where she owns two units in the building. The first unit comprises two bedrooms, a detailed kitchen as Gigi loves to cook and a 2.5 unit bathroom. 

The second unit is a USD 5.82 million townhouse, including a 3.5 bathroom unit, three bedrooms, and a landscaped private terrace with a barbecue grill, fire pit and an outdoor refrigerator. Reportedly, Gigi combined the two apartments and gave them a complete makeover. 

Gigi’s Eccentric Living Room

Hadid’s living area is warm and colourful but with neutral tones, which render a distant and oriental atmosphere to the space. The room is well-characterised by a Missoni sofa dotted with cushions by French designer Jean Paul Gaultier. In the centre of the room lies a wooden coffee table topped with a dark straw tray containing scented candles, vintage magazines, a monogrammed decor box with the initials “G.H” and a colourful Hamsa hand.

At the back of the couch is a large dining table paired with a leather bench and wooden chairs that bring the space together. Cream coloured walls and a set of floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead directly toward her private terrace. 

The adjacent room has a large featured screen and refurbished wooden pieces. The room wall is adorned with the quirkiest art piece, a work by the young American artist Austyn, famous for her vibrant and explosive colour palette. The artwork mounts over a wooden panel. 

Another eye-catching element is the pair of Kith skis that leans against the wall and a rustic trunk towards the end of the room.

A Trance Inducing Staircase

What do you think of the image above? Colourful and cheery? Well, that’s how the supermodel wanted to keep her staircase, in tandem with her kaleidoscopic living room. 

While Gigi has painted most of her rooms in white and cream, she gave her staircase a good mix and match of a myriad of hues. The dark wooden staircase has a vibrant tapestry carpet runner which faces yet another abstract painting by Austyn Weiner. The artwork sits behind a slightly worn-out leather bench.

Gigi’s Glossy White Kitchen

Known to be a keen chef, Gigi’s kitchen is an ode to her love for cooking. Her design inspiration caters to glossy white marble backsplashes with matching countertops. She chose ivory wooden cabinets with brass handles and mesh-detailed doors that store her favourite ingredients. The open shelves in her kitchen consist of crockery by Williams Sonoma. Her kitchen also features a large island unit at the centre illuminated with a row of beautiful pendant lights hung above the counter. A bright yellow top above the island counter lights up the entire area. 

While Gigi’s entire kitchen could be a treat to her fans, her “dream pasta-facade cabinets” are a conversation starter! Each cabinet door illustrates a different form of dry pasta dyed in bright colours by the artist Linda Miller Nicholson. One can spot clusters of orange spaghetti, blue and yellow bow ties, and green penne pasta in the cabinet’s glass doors. One of the most viral recipes to come out of the Hadid kitchen was the Spicy Vodka Pasta. No wonder her love for the ingredient stands as a core to her kitchen decor.

The Quirky Powder Room – Not to Miss Out on New Yorker Covers 

The en-suite bathroom of Gigi Hadid features outlandish decor elements. The most attention-grabbing aspect is a massive yellow pen balancing on its nib at the entrance, which offers an entirely whimsical vibe to the space. 

The top half wall of the bathroom is embellished with The New Yorker Magazine covers, while the bottom half is tiled with white-grey marbles. The white ceramic sink below the mirror perfectly balances the decor layout of the space.

Gigi’s Simple Yet Cosy Bedroom

Gigi’s bedroom shadows an austerer palette unlike the rest of her house, yet it follows an eclectic aesthetic. The room heeds cream walls decorated with a large ceramic plate artwork in shades of blue and orange.  

The large white bed monopolises the space, coupled with a distressed wooden headboard. Matching bedside tables and lamps on either side of the bed provide a cosy vibe to the entire room. 

Gigi’s Master Bathroom – A Perfect Spot to End a Long Day

Ever wondered how “less is more” appears? 

The model’s beautiful master bathroom is a perfect masterpiece for this phrase.  The space has exquisite beige tiled floors that go pretty well with matching earthy walls and framed artworks. Sleek mahogany cabinets and brass taps complement the white marble countertops beautifully. 

But what is more alluring is the shower space, separated by floor to ceiling black-framed glass doors. The shower room encloses a pristine white bathtub and large frosted windows.
