A recent report from property consultancy Knight Frank indicates a significant spike in Hyderabad’s real estate growth, with an impressive 12% year-on-year increase in residential unit sales, totalling 36,974 units in 2024. Additionally, the city witnessed an 8% rise in residential prices, signifying sustained demand from both investors and end-users. However, a 6% decrease in residential launches, with 44,013 units introduced in the last year, highlights the rapidly evolving dynamics in the market.
