Goldi Solar to Increase Module Manufacturing Capacity to 14 GW
Ahmedabad-based solar energy company, Goldi Solar, has revealed plans to significantly enhance its module manufacturing capacity. Currently manufacturing at 3 gigawatts (GW), the company aims to increase this to 14 GW by the middle of the financial year 2025-26 (FY26). In addition, Goldi Solar aims to achieve a solar cell manufacturing capacity of 4 GW by FY27. This expansion is set to take place at a new facility in Kosamba, Gujarat.

Goldi Solar’s chairman, Surendra Dholakiya, highlighted the company’s impressive financial growth. Its turnover has experienced a sharp increase from Rs 6 billion in FY22 to Rs 17.50 crore in FY24, reflecting an exceptional growth rate of 191.67 percent over the past three years. The current order book of Goldi Solar stands at approximately Rs 53.50 billion. This comprises Rs 45.50 billion in module manufacturing orders and Rs 8 billion in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts.
