Northern India will soon get its very first ultra-luxurious Trump Towers project in October, 2017. There will be a parallel launch of a second Trump Towers venture in Kolkata as well. The Trump Towers is a line of branded apartments which are developed globally by the Trump Organization, Donald Trump’s acclaimed organization.
The Trump Towers project will be promoted by Tribeca Developers in India. The Trump-Tribeca venture will be developed along the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, one of the toniest locations in the city. The project will offer all Trump Towers signature amenities including trump cards, white gloved service, valet service and concierge services. The premium facilities available at this project will also include access to the golf course, premium internal fitments and finishing, an infinity edge pool and a premium residents’ club.
The Trump Towers project at Gurgaon will consist of 220 ultra luxurious apartments with sizes expected to range between 3-5 BHK configurations. The prices for these units are expected to start from Rs.12 crore onwards. Tribeca Developers brought the Trump brand to the country back in the year 2014 with the premium projects at Mumbai and Pune. The Trump Organization will have four residential ventures in India with these new launches at Gurgaon and Kolkata. A 5th venture is also on the anvil from the brand and will be a commercial property. This will make India the single biggest destination for the Trump Organization’s realty interests outside of the United States.
Tribeca is the Trump Organization’s partner for the Indian market and according to its founder and managing director, Kalpesh Mehta, the company will take care of design, product development, sales, marketing and project management. The Trump Towers project at Kolkata will also be launched in October, 2017 and will have 120 apartments. There will be 3-4 BHK units with prices starting from Rs.5 crore which is considered to be one of the lowest in the ultra luxury category.
Morphogenesis’ Manit Rastogi has designed both these projects. Mehta also added that lifestyles are increasingly going global in India and the Trump Towers will be a signature address for discerning customers who wish to experience the very best that life has to offer.
