You will require a notarized affidavit with photo, applicant’s current photo, the leasehold photocopy, applicant’s self-signed ID copy and copy of the final deposit land rent. Further, the transferee has to sign the documents. Make sure to attach the submission of the application along with a photograph and a signed photograph of the applicants.
• Transferring plot/building/shop: If you are transferring a plot or building or shop, you have to submit your application to the JDA registered society list with an affidavit, copy of final deposit and photocopy of the ID of the applicant. The applicant has to make sure that the ID proof is a self-signed ID.
• Transferring Name After Death: For this purpose, you will need a certificate of death to avail of the facility of name allotment.

Ongoing Scheme     

JDA has many infrastructures and developmental projects under his wing. Among all the ongoing infrastructure programs, it includes Divyang Park (spread across 11 lakh Sq. Ft.) with all the facilities such as enclosed with strong walls, large and wide parking area, ticket counter, waterbodies, bathrooms, meditation centre, jogging track, inner and outer path, a place for volleyball, basketball, canteens and gym.

JDA Jabalpur has also had an active action plan for the construction of a one hundred- and forty-six-metre-long bridge over the Madhotala Talab. The Jabalpur Development Authority also granted permission to build a bridge by the High Court and preserve the original structure. However, the development is still going and making good progress.
