Eligibility for JDA Housing Scheme
Only people from the EWS category are eligible for the Jaipur JDA housing scheme. The scheme is categorised into MIG and LIG sections with both of them having a different eligibility criterion. The details of the same are as follows:
- Under the LIG-A JDA scheme, the applicant (and family) should have a yearly income of ₹3,00,000.
- Under the LIG-B scheme, the applicant (and family) should have a yearly income of ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000.
- MIG scheme requires the applicant (and family) should have a yearly income in the range of ₹6,00,000 to ₹10,00,000
- Only the residents of Rajasthan can apply for this scheme.
- Applicants who are 18 or above are eligible to apply for the JDA housing scheme.
- Their applicant must have a bank account in their name.
- The applicant’s husband, wife or any dependent should not have any other house in any other state.
- The applicants should not have any other house or plot allotted to their name in the past decade.
Jaipur JDA Housing Scheme: Registration Process
The registration procedure for the JDA Housing scheme requires you to visit the official Jaipur Development Authority website. The step by step process is mentioned below:-
- Go to the official JDA website.
- From the top menu, click on the Citizen Service option and choose “e-schemes”.
- This will take you to the JDA residential scheme application form page, where you need to click on “Proceed”.
- As the new page opens, click on the link to apply for registration.
- You will be redirected to the form page where you will need to enter details like:
- Name
- An active phone number
- Click on “Send OTP”. Entering the correct OTP will take you to the JDA Housing scheme form.
- Fill out the necessary fields and click on “Next”.
- Once you have completed all the steps, a list of all the residential schemes will display on your screen.
- Select the option from the list.
- Finally, choose the annual income category to complete the JDA login process.

Step 1: Visit the official Jaipur Development Authority website.
Step 2: From the menu, click on “Town Planning” and select “Approved Building Plans”, followed by “List of Approved Building Plans” from the drop-down.
Step 3: A new page will open with a list of years and a view button next to each year.
Step 4: Click on the “View” button next to the year of your choice and a list of that year’s approved building plans will open in the PDF format. For instance, if you click on 2020, a list of approved building plans from 2020 will be displayed on your screen.
Step 5: Click on the download icon on the top right corner of the PDF to download it on your system.
