According to the property registration documents acquired by Square Yards, Kartik Aaryan has rented out an apartment in Juhu, sprawling over 1,912 square feet, for a whopping INR 4.5 Lakh every month. The 33-year-old actor showcased an impressive real estate portfolio and bought this Juhu apartment in the Siddhi Vinayak building for INR 17.5 Crores on July 30, 2024 along with his mother, Mala Tiwari.
With amenities like two reserved parking spots, the purchase originally necessitated a stamp duty payment of INR 1.05 Crore and a registration fee of over INR 30,000. As a part of a larger acquisition, Kartik Aaryan and his parents secured another unit on the 8th floor of the same building for INR 16.5 Crores in July 2023. Now, the actor has officially leased the apartment after a stamp duty payment of INR 42,500.
The rental yield of Kartik Aaryan’s flat, showcasing the actual returns on investment, is an impressive 3.1%. This means the Bollywood superstar will receive this percentage of the property’s overall market value yearly. This number is much higher than in other areas of Mumbai, as Juhu is home to many celebs and is known for its spectacular beachfront views and luxurious offerings.
