Keystone Realtors Limited Achieves INR 7 Billion in Pre-Sales for Q2 FY25

Keystone Realtors Limited, a leading real estate company, has reported impressive pre-sales figures for the second quarter of FY25. The company’s pre-sales reached INR 7 billion, compared to INR 3.06 billion in the same period last year, representing a remarkable growth of 129% year-on-year.
Strong Half-Yearly Growth and Successful Project Launches
In addition to the impressive quarterly performance, Keystone Realtors Limited achieved significant growth in pre-sales for the first half of FY25. With pre-sale figures accounting for INR 13.11 billion, compared to INR 8.07 billion in H1 FY24, the company achieved a growth rate of 62% on a half-yearly basis.
During the second quarter of FY25, Keystone Realtors Limited launched three projects under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA). “Verdant Vistas ‘A’ Wing” and “Verdant Vistas ‘B’ Wing” in Urbania, along with “Belle Vie,” a plotted development at Kasara, offered a sizable saleable area of 2.49 million square feet. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) for these projects amounted to a substantial INR 20.40 billion.
On a broader scale, the company launched a total of five projects in H1 FY25, following its guidance of introducing an average of two projects per quarter. The combined estimated GDV for these projects reached INR 40.57 billion, further cementing the company’s presence in the real estate market.
Strategic Additions for Redevelopment Leadership
Continuing its strategic growth, Keystone Realtors Limited added three projects during Q2 FY25, contributing a gross development value of INR 13.33 billion. These additions align with the company’s mission to maintain and strengthen its leadership position in the redevelopment space.
For H1 FY25, the company added a total of four projects, with an estimated GDV of INR 23.17 billion. This achievement represents approximately 58% of their annual guidance for the fiscal year of 2025.
