Mira Road is a part of the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) and is located in northern Mumbai. Mira Road offers great connectivity to the rest of Mumbai including Thane and Navi Mumbai. The Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation takes care of civic administration here. The Coastal Road, Trans-Harbour Link, new metro corridor between Dahisar and DN Nagar (could be extended to Mira Road) & Cuffe Parade to SEEPZ and of course, the Mulund-Goregaon Link Road are major developments that will boost overall connectivity for residents.
This will lead to development of ancillary infrastructure in Mira Road and surrounding zones along with the development of several residential projects along with abundant social amenities. These are factors which have already increased residential demand along the Western Express Highway and will benefit Mira Road as well.
