Co-Founder & COO, Square Yards, Ms. Kanika Gupta Shori recently participated as a guest speaker at the Women Entrepreneurship Summit & Awards, 2019. Held at the India International Centre, Delhi from 31st January- 1st Feb, Ms. Shori spoke at the session “Women Entrepreneurs Need To Be Accepted And Trusted In Workplace.”
Sharing her experiences as a woman entrepreneur who founded Square Yards five years ago, she lent her insights on gender roles at workplaces. She also mentioned how being in real estate, a male-dominated industry in India was not very easy on her. BW quoted her saying “I have come up with men judging me for being in a real estate sector.”
