Now, users may search for more than 2,000+ prospective realty projects throughout Dubai via this innovative and highly interactive 3D platform, while getting all necessary project information and venturing into the project Metaverse in the form of Avatars.
According to the Co-Founder and CEO at Square Yards, Tanuj Shori, the sheer potential of the ability to search for properties for buying/selling/renting throughout Dubai in 3D is smind-boggling, while visiting buildings through virtual reality, taking a tour of the interiors and amenities, and also interacting with other salespersons and residents digitally. With this new 3D Metaverse interface, the brand is now shifting real estate into a whole new digital era, scaling up its immersive and experiential nature along with user accessibility. Users can take remote 3D tours while getting accurate and cutting-edge showcases of properties. This will emotionally tie them to these spaces, while encouraging them to conclude deals for properties that they like, according to him.
The platform is already undergoing testing across a closed real estate developer and user group. Principal Partner at Square Yards and Co-Founder at Prop VR, Sunder Jagannathan, stated that the Metaverse platform will enable Governments, architects, and developers to build completely-digital experiences while creating the foundation for the shift of the real estate industry towards the Metaverse.
