New Gurgaon is steadily becoming a preferred destination for end-users and investors alike in Delhi-NCR. New Gurgaon has witnessed skyrocketing development, particularly due to the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and the fast growing commercial spaces nearby. The SPR will ensure seamless connectivity to major areas in the NCR. Southern Peripheral Road has jacked up demand along with nearby commercial zones and there is good civic and social infrastructure available as compared to the NPR (Northern Peripheral Road). The residential growth taking place here has certainly boosted the overall appreciation potential of New Gurgaon.
Close to 50 realty projects are already being built in several areas and sectors that are located in close proximity to the Southern Peripheral Road. The road is significant since it will negate traffic congestion on the MG Road and Sohna Road and will offer easy access to the National Highway 8 from the Golf Course Road and Faridabad alike.
