PUDA

The Punjab Urban Planning and Developing Authority (PUDA) was established in 1995. It functions as a governing body of all the organisations that work in different jurisdictions of the State of Punjab. The government administers PUDA and helps in allocating houses, imposing a penalty on late payments, and much more.

 It maintains the development work, especially in the field of real estate for the citizens living in Punjab. Another known name of PUDA is Punjab Development Authority.

 The PUDA took control over the PUDA Housing Scheme and controls Punjab Affordable Housing Policy 2020 by providing necessary guidelines. These guidelines help in the accurate functioning of the authority, ensure the safety of the land and support economic progress and development of the state.

How to Participate in PUDA E-Auction?

Follow the steps written below for participating in the PUDA auction:-

 Step 1: Sign up on the official PUDA website to acquire a user ID and a password for its online portal. The website is puda_eauctions_in (Remove _ with .).

 Step 2: Now, as an intended bidder, you pay the eligibility fee using an online mode of payment, like Net banking, Debit card, Credit card, RTGS, NEFT within the timeline given below:

Step 3: Once the online payment is verified, you will be able to participate in the PUDA e-auction of Patiala/Mohali/Bathinda/Amritsar/Ludhiana/Jalandhar.

The fees are asked at least two days prior to the closing date of the auction because the verification may take a tentative time. You can check the verification period for the payments below from the table.

Guidelines for Helpdesk of PUDA E-Auction

Follow the below given guidelines to approach PUDA e-auction helpdesk:-

  • The official timing for PUDA e-auctions in Punjab is from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5 pm. 
  • Help-desk support remains closed during lunch breaks between 1:30 PM up to 2:00 PM.
  • All questions must be registered at the official help-desk email for all the on-time support.
  • All questions or emails with proper screenshots or error issues will only be registered with the help desk.
  • You have to contact the help desk 4 hours prior to the arranged closing time and at the time of the e-auction in PUDA.
  • If your queries are related to e payment of EMD, contact the helpdesk prior to 2 working days to the closing date and time.
