Next in line is the Spainiard legend’s residence worth $ 2 million in Playa Nueva Romana, Dominican Republic.
It is quite evident from the pictures of his house that he is completely in love with the colour white. The entire theme of the Rafael Nadal’s house sticks to the minimalistic snowy hue.
This 2-story villa was purchased by Nadal in 2012.
Exteriors of the Villa

Next to the living room is the dining area which has been prepared with pure simplicity. With a wooden dining table and chairs in the centre of the room and a rectangular window right in front, the dining area has been given a perfect finish.
The Kitchen
The kitchen space is as simple as you might think it be. With minimalist work, the kitchen has a contemporary touch to it. It has a white counter in the front with round-shaped hanging lights, a fridge on the left accompanied by a microwave, and a small coffee corner on the side.
The Bedroom
By sticking to the undyed pattern, you will find a double bed with white sheets that match the colour of his bedroom walls. This space is as spacious as you might think it to be. On the left-hand side, you will find a study table that aids his reading sessions in the corner. A grey coloured couch right at the centre breaks the all-white monotony. Moving forward from the centre, a big colony with white curtains and a sliding door provides a scenic view.

How can one not imagine a tennis player having his own tennis academy? Nadal owns not one, not two but three tennis academies.
- Starting from Rafa Nadal Academy which was established in the year 2016 located in Mallorca, Spanish Island made on 24,000 sq. of land is worth $ 25 million. The charge is fixed at 56,000 euros which is $ 62,000 from children for his tennis lessons. In the year 2019, he established another academy in Mexico followed by Greece.

2. Another work-in-progress Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy in a run which will soon launch in the Middle East. This is his collaboration with Tamdeen Group, this academy layout a completely new tennis center. This academy is expected to be the most encouraging centre in the Middle East. This complex in Kuwait will consist of 8-outdoor and 8- Indoor courts (a total of 18 courts), which will be opened with about 1500 seats which will cover the arena along with 5,000 seats.
19th Century Building in Madrid
This is the property that Nadal invested in along with his partners. As per reports, this $ 30 million property was bought with the thought of transformation into A-list residential properties. The property consists of 11 houses out of which 9 have been sold already with an estimated cost of between €15,000/m² and €20,000/m².
Rafael’s motive to keep moving in life does not stop by achievements and investments in lavish properties. Not only his on-field dedication but also his way of life outside the court keeps his fans in awe. Nadal is recognised as one of the most elite philanthropists in sports. His vision has always been different from others in his field. In the year 2018, Rafael donated about €1 million for the reconstruction of the affected areas in Mallorca, his hometown that witnessed the worst condition phase because of floods.
