In March 2023, the Reliance Industries team unveiled the Jio World Centre (JWC), a massive convention and exhibition centre designed with the help of international architects, structural and engineering consultants, as well as theatre, acoustic and audio-visual consultants. With its elegant spaces and great visual appeal, it has been a pre-certified LEED Platinum-rated building. It includes the Jio World Convention Centre, Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, Dhirubhai Ambani Square, ten towers for serviced residences, an exclusive ultra-luxury shopping mall, a club with contemporary facilities and a global office tower.

Components of Jio World Centre (JWC)
In addition to JWC, Nahar has also constructed the Maker Maxity precinct in BKC, which includes the Jio World Drive and The Bay Club. Jio World Drive is a luxury complex for retail stores, home to seventy-two famous International and National brands, 27 culinary avenues and Mumbai’s premier rooftop Jio Drive-In theatre. The Bay Club is an elite organization open only to invited guests. The membership is strictly private, and access is restricted.
The Dhirubhai Ambani Square is a plush campus boasting world-class facilities for its guests and clients. At the centre of the square is the Fountain of Joy, a choreographed musical fountain. The square also houses JWCC, a massive convention and exhibition centre with large halls, concourses and meeting rooms. Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre is an exquisite addition to the campus, with three state-of-the-art performance theatres. There are also ten towers for serviced residences with full home automation features. An exclusive ultra-luxury shopping mall is also on the campus with design houses and food & beverage outlets of international repute. Lastly, the office tower serves as the global office for the organisation.
Other Projects by Reliance Industries, led by Nahar
At present, Nahar is engaged in a range of projects, such as the construction of a 488-room hotel and serviced apartment complex in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). This facility will have all the luxurious amenities. Additionally, Nahar is also constructing an international school, which will accommodate more than 600 students and feature modern labs and smart classrooms. Furthermore, they are planning a twin tower at the Reliance Corporate Park (RCP) in Navi Mumbai and an Integrated Industrial Area (NMIA) in the same city.
According to Nahar, working on complex construction projects can be challenging due to the rising costs of materials and transportation and the various regulatory, legal and other issues. He also noted the need to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and technology and the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility when undertaking these types of projects.
