Ryan and Blake’s new home is as much a mystery as the Green Lantern Corps in the DC Universe, owing to the secretiveness that the couple wanted to maintain. But thanks to the couple’s social media posts, we do know that they purchased their new mansion secretively in 2012 and moved out from their Pound Ridge mansion in late 2013. The star couple has since lived there with their three daughters, away from the paparazzi.

Speaking of the property, it is about 4-5 miles further aside from their previous Pound Ridge home. This house cost them a whopping USD 5.7 million, but it was worth every penny as it is reported to be an old-school colonial-style mansion built way back in 1860. There have been massive modifications done ever since. The damnably large 8,892 square feet homestead sits on 11.65 acres of land with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a guest house.

In a sneak peek of their house during what looked like a birthday party celebration, one can assume the space to be their dining room. There lays a  swaggered wooden floor, bare pressed-brick walls, dark-framed windows and matching french doors. There appears to be a ligneous dining table with complementing wooden chairs.

Here the actor can be seen relaxing with the family pet dog. The image showcases a cosy interior with a white high chair, probably for the children, and a yellow lamp setting under a warm ambience, proliferating a rustic cottage-like sentiment. This is enhanced by the wooden flooring and the minimalist chairs.

The house was later sold in 1994 for 634,000 Canadian dollars, but god be witness, that house is currently valued at CAD 5 million.

During his Van Wilder days, the actor got his definite break and worked pretty much in major productions. He rose from earning $150 a day to starring in a 20 million dollar box office hit. However, his movie persona of a party animal went against the tide when he purchased a classy little place with outdoor seating. It comprised an excellent view of Los Angeles and the canyons. The peaceful and relaxing homestead in the outpost estate included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dual-fireplace, hardwood floors, and an elegant patio that seamlessly blends with the ambience of the home space. The actor eventually sold the house for USD 1.5 million.
