Sector 150 is one of the most developed and well-planned sectors in Noida and comes with good physical and social infrastructure. There are several mid-range and premium properties available in the locality. Sector 150 is well connected to several zones in the NCR and Delhi. Sector 150 is strategically located at the point where the Hindon River, Yamuna Expressway and the Greater Noida-Noida Link Road intersect. There is a 75-meter wide road that links to Faridabad from the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway via Sectors 150-152. This road ensures seamless connectivity to other parts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
There is a regional road network that will soon connect Faridabad to Noida. This will link National Highway 2 with the Greater Noida-Noida Expressway near Sector 150 and also the National Highway 91 and National Highway 24 close to Hapur. This will be possible via the 120-meter wide road which is proposed for Greater Noida Phase 2. The metro network is being extended to cover Greater Noida from the Noida City Centre and this will link Sectors 149 and 153 to the Sector 71 and Noida City Centre. The metro network will run till the Delta sector after crossing Pari Chowk in Greater Noida.
Sector 150 offers good connectivity to the city’s knowledge hub. The Noida Authority has also been working on a recreational green zone for the locality since it is located close to the Hindon River. The future looks bright for inhabitants since the natural greenery here will not be tampered due to urban development in the future. Sector 150 is also witnessing the development of an international cricket stadium and a sports city. There is good connectivity to Gurgaon via Kalindi Kunj and also to Faridabad and the rest of Noida. The Noida Authority is also making the sector completely free from any overhead wiring. There are several premium residential projects being built here which come with all necessary social amenities like Godrej Nest and others. Additionally, several commercial institutions and shopping zones have come up nearby along with hospitals and educational institutions. There are indoor stadiums and multi-purpose playing zones in tandem with a cricket academy and other facilities.
