Kanika Gupta Shori, COO and Co-founder of Square Yards, India’s leading real estate platform, has successfully made it to the elite list of ‘’BW Disrupt 40 under 40” winners, 2020 for her achievements in the field of real estate and prop-tech.
BW Businessworld recently organized its 4th edition of BW Disrupt 40 under 40 Awards and Summit. The prestigious event was held with an intent to identify the top 40 brightest young entrepreneurs, innovators, and game-changers under the age of 40. Shortlisted entrepreneurs were those who became an agent for change in their respective fields during the crisis year that was 2020.
After having received a total of 190 nominations, 111 shortlisted entries were sent to the jury. The eminent jury then evaluated and announced 40 winners after spending 30 hours in a virtual award ceremony. The reputed jury included some of the most esteemed industry leaders such as Bhaskar Pramanik, Senior Advisor, Rothschild & Co., Board Member & Independent Director TCNS Clothing Company; Saurav Banerjee, Venture Partner, Kalaari Capital; Rohit Bhayana, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Lumis Partner to name a few.
The virtual event featured multiple discussions and conversations that would help budding entrepreneurs get valuable real-time feedback from target audiences.
