Square Yards publishes research on changing Apartment Sizes in key Indian Cities

The size of the new apartments offered by developers has come down in the range of 15-17 % on an average in the last couple of years across the top cities in the country, according to data collated and analyzed by Square Yards Research team. It has also highlighted how Indian property developers are leveraging efficiencies to improve carpet area viz-a-viz saleable area.
