The UK-based real estate company SRAM and MRAM announced their new project in India on Friday. The developers are planning to build India’s tallest building in Mumbai. The multi-use building will be constructed in the Parel-Sewai area with 110 floors.
The project has versatile functions. The builder plans to include a 50-bed multispeciality hospital, office space, theatre, mall, service apartments, heated pools, gymnasium, 50-key hotel and recreation centre. SRAM and MRAM have appointed Venkat Pillai of the Venkat Pillai Design Studio as the chief architect. Pillai is known for his contemporary approach towards architecture.
The SRAM and MRAM team is very excited to commence this project. Currently, the tallest building in India is the Palais Royale in Worli, Mumbai. It is 320 m high. The construction of the building started in 2005 and finished in 2017.
