Renowned actor and filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran has made a prestigious new addition to his impressive real estate portfolio. The actor, known for his versatile roles in the Malayalam film industry, has officially become neighbours with Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor. According to a report of Square Yards, Prithviraj has bought a spectacular duplex flat in the Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai, worth 30.6 Crores. This is not the first time the actor has invested in architecturally renowned Mumbai’s high-luxury real estate area.
He and his wife, Supriya Menon, also own another luxury apartment in Mumbai, valued at 17 Crores, in the same neighbourhood. Prithviraj Sukumaran has put his money in the Narain Terraces housing society, which offers 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments for the ultra-rich. According to the documents received by Square Yards, the flat is 2970 square feet and comes with spacious parking spots for up to 4 cars spanning up to 431 square feet.
The property has been officially listed as an entity of Prithviraj Productions Private Limited after the Lucifer actor paid a stamp duty worth 1.84 Crores and a registration charge of INR 30,000. The whopping cost of the apartment is justified, given the massive interest of Bollywood celebrities, including Tripti Dimri, Athiya Shetty, and Ranveer Singh, in purchasing Pali Hill properties.
Currently, Black Rock is constructing a humongous luxury apartment building in Pali Hill in place of Dilip Kumar’s bungalow, which might attract even more residents. KL Rahul and his wife Athiya Shetty have also invested in this real estate gold mine, purchasing a property worth INR 20 Crores.
