Buyers should analyze home prices from multiple property developers while filtering their final options after evaluating their budget and needs. Buyers should also estimate their costs of ownership which includes stamp duties, parking charges, maintenance, and registration costs.
Rastogi also mention that reputed developers will make sure that homes are delivered as per the given schedule minus any construction quality compromises. Experts also state that the developers’ track record and credentials should be examined along with earlier projects. Rastogi also states that locations in proximity to commercial zones and entertainment hubs along with IT parks, shopping malls, hospitals, and supermarkets should be selected. He also mentions that a good area will make sure that there is good connectivity along with better security, higher quality of life, and higher future resale value as well. Connectivity also has to be taken into account.
Rastogi also mentions that buyers should ensure that projects have suitable permission and clearances from the local development bodies and municipal corporations including sewage boards, water supply, and electricity boards. He also mentions that buyers should check the RERA registration details of projects while also making sure that all major provisions are complied with by the real estate developer.
