Step 3: You can enter your current mobile number in the box that pops up. Click on “Send OTP”, and an OTP will be sent to your provided mobile number.

Step 4: After entering OTP in the box and clicking on the submit button, you would be asked to enter a confirmation OTP (sent to your mobile number).

Step 5: You will be further directed to a registration page, where you will be asked to enter your details. 

You will be setting a password and user ID at the bottom of the Registration form. Make sure you enter a secure password for future references as well. Finish the entire process by clicking on the Register button. This will have you registered.

●     Click on the “Customer Registered list”.

TSMDC Sand Booking, Order Tracking and Delivery

After ordering sand online, it is no question that you would want to track the status of your order. The SSMMS provides the privilege to track your order for the same purpose. This can be done following the given steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSMMS

Step 2: Click on the tracking option from your dashboard. 

Step 3: A drop-down menu will follow this. You can then click on the tab that reads “Track your Order”. 

Step 4: You would be then redirected to a new page. Enter your Order ID and captcha here.

Step 5: Click on “get status” 

Step 6: The status of the delivered/undelivered would appear on the screen.  

Tracking your order via Mobile/Vehicle No.: 

The tracking of the sand order can be done via a vehicle or mobile no. Follow the below-mentioned steps to get through the same: 

Step 1: Look up the official website of SSMMS.

Step 2: Click on the option of tracking from the dashboard. Choose the Track order with the mobile number or the respective vehicle number. 

Tracking Undelivered Orders via a Mobile or a Vehicle Number:

1.   Enter the details required and then click on “Get status”. 

2.   The status of your order will be displayed on your screen. 

Tracking Interstate Order: 

1.   Open the official portal of SSMMS.

2.   Click on the “tracking” option, which can be seen on the menu bar of the homepage. 

3.   Select the tab that reads “Inter-State Tack Order” from the drop-down menu. 

4.   Insert the required information, which includes captcha and order ID. This information is provided on the screen.

4.   Fill in all the required fields, and you will be redirected to a new page. Click on the Register option.
