Brief knowledge about UPAVP
UPAVP under the government of Uttar Pradesh has aimed to provide housing facilities to all sections of the society in a better environment. The housing units are not only constructed within a better environment condition but also are provided with better facilities. The houses offered to economically weaker section people, lower-income groups and Middle-income groups are affordable and sustainable whereas the higher income groups are provided with competitive price options. the board is having certain goals, some among them are-
- To design and execute township plans in such a manner that it becomes affordable for every section of society.
- To develop all the facilities and provide a better living standard with available school hospitals, parks, etc in the vicinity.
- To use better technologies and regular training of the employees for the best quality of housing.
Schemes under UPAVP
This board is in charge of several schemes that help in the development of the state as well as provide the living needs especially to the slum dwellers or the economically weaker sections. The schemes under the board areas –
- House accommodation Scheme or Grihsthan Yojna
- Re-housing Scheme or Punarvas Yojna
- Slum Improvement and clearance scheme or Malin Basti Sudhar Aur Nipathan Yojna.
- Street Scheme or Sarak Yojna.
- Deferred Street scheme or Bhavi Sarak Yojna.
- Land Development Scheme or Bhumi Vikas Yojna.
- Expansion Scheme or Prasar Yojna.
- Flood Scheme or Barh Yojna.
Uttar Pradesh housing board 2020 has launched a scheme Avadh Vihar Yojana 2020. Under this scheme, the board will allot flats at Amar Shaheed path Sultanpur Road, Lucknow. It is located near Chaudhary Charan Singh International airport. A total of 83 plots is available for allotment, which is 121.89 sq. meter each. Candidates willing to apply for this scheme can apply either through the online or offline facility. For registration, important documents – Aadhar Card, Bank Account Passbook, Address Proof, Domicile Certificate, and Photographs are needed. For Online Registration, candidates need to follow the steps –
- Visit the official website upavp.in.
- From the homepage, click on “Avadh Vihar Yojana Lko-Residential Plots Online Registration”.
- On the new page, click on the “Apply” button.
- A new page appears where you need to enter your Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Password. And then click the “Register” button.
- After successful registration, a form will appear. Fill it with all correct and valid details. Submit the form.
- After form submission takes a print of the application with the number provided.
Uttar Pradesh housing board application form is available on the official website. After successful registration, use the credentials to login and download the application form. Whenever any notification for flat sell is available interested candidates can apply for it. Unsuccessful candidates will get their registration money refunded.
Under the Uttar Pradesh housing scheme 2019, several Residential or Non-residential properties were Auctioned and allocated in different Zones. The zones included are Agra, Bareilly, Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut, and Varanasi. The name of the schemes under the Zones are-
- For Lucknow Zone – Vrindavan Yojna, Amrapali Yojna and Awadh Vihar Yojna.
- For Meerut Zone – Mangal Pande Nagar Yojna-1, Transport Nagar Yojna-2, Shastri Nagar Yojna-3&7, Shakumbhari Vihar (Mavikala Scheme-8) (Saharanpur), Siddharth vihar Yojna, and Vasundhara Yojna (Ghaziabad).
- For Agra – Sikandra Yojna, Shikohabad Yojna (Shikohabad), Firozabad Yojna (Firozabad), Kashganj Yojna(Kashganj), Hathras Yojna (Hathras), Yojna No. – 9 Aligarh.
- For Bareilly – Sambhal Gate Yojna (Chandausi) and Sahajahanpur Yojna (Sahajahanpur).
- For Kanpur – Lohiya Puram Yojna Fatehgarh (Farukhabad) Sutt Mill Yojna (Etawah), Keshav Puram Yojna-1(Kanpur), Ambedkarpuram Yojna-3 (Kanpur), and Hanspuram Yojna-2 (Kanpur).
Under the Uttar Pradesh housing board, Greater Noida Authority launched a scheme called New Residential Housing Scheme 2019. Under this scheme, the board is offering 6oo housing units to the residents of Greater Noida. Similar to Uttar Pradesh Housing Board Noida is a part of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority and is about to launch Noida Authority Residential Scheme 2020 for people belonging to LIG, MIG, HIG, and Type-2 Categories.
UPHADB has decided to provide more than 5000 housing units in four cities- Lucknow, Sultanpur, Moradabad, and Meerut. This scheme is opened only for people who are under LIG and are registered with CSC, SUDA, DUDA, Nagar Nigam, and Nagar Palika. The board is offering 4752 housing units under Awadh Vihar Yojana, Lucknow, 192 units under Lohramau Marg Yojana, Sultanpur, 288 under Majhola Yojana(IV), Moradabad, and 144 dwelling units in Jagriti Vihar Vistar Scheme, Meerut.
