Things You Didn’t Know About Vastu Chakra

Vastu Chakra

As goes the traditional belief that Vastu is a religious element, one must understand that it is instead a misconception. Vastu was devised as a means to provide a guiding principle for the art of designing and constructing homes and buildings. This is a general-purpose Vedic science that has been extracted from ancient texts. Not only does Vastu teach about the principles of design, layout, measurements, ground preparation, space arrangement, and spatial geometry, but it also incorporates thoughts about how a person can spiritually function in the home space. Now various tools are used while making calculations and laying down design ideas. One such important tool is the Vastu Chakra.

This piece will explore the Vastu Chakra tool, its placement technique, benefits, and other details.

Vastu Chakra

Vastu Chakra is a tool that can also be referred to as a 360-degree protractor in geometrical terms. Vastu Chakra is a derivative of the Feng Shui tool with some aspects of Vedic sciences. The circular tool is already used in the Feng Shui system. If we draw a brief comparison with Feng Shui, we can say that about 32 directions are incorporated in Vedic sciences, whereas the Feng Shui system uses 24 directions. Each direction has been elaborated with how they determine the functionality and derivation based on time and place. People use the Vastu Chakra to correctly pin the directions and determine any specific faults in the house’s structure. For instance, in earlier times, people used to simply take directions for granted depending on the position of the sun and the face of homes.

Vastu Chakra Placement

Vastu Chakra is guided by the elements that make up the universe in the traditional sense. These elements comprise ether, air, water, fire, and earth. Philosophically, every aspect of knowledge and balance has been deduced as per these elements. And as per the Vastu, these elements can influence the mood and situation of a person based on their position and spatial-temporal functionality. Therefore, they should incorporate the Vastu Chakra to understand the importance of how a home should be designed. These include answers to questions such as where to position a kitchen, or where a bed should be facing, where one should put an entrance, and so on.

Given that Vastu Chakra comprises directions, each direction is guided by particular elements. In the north direction, the prominent energy lies with air and water. In the south direction, the prominent energy lies with earth and fire. Moreover, the west direction is guided by air and earth, and the east is driven by water and fire.

Vastu Chakra Benefits

The first use of a Vastu Chakra is to use it as a tool to structure a house design to align the space with the five elements of the universe. Given that specific elements trigger positive mindfulness towards a particular direction, a tool like Vastu Chakra can help decode the patterns for a better home layout. Moreover, Vastu Chakra can help understand the flow of energies one can utilise to improve their position or situation.

Vastu Chakra Dos and Don’ts

Adhering to the principles of Vastu is a challenging feat to achieve. One constantly needs to be in positive mindfulness, which is merely supported by the Vastu Chakra-guided spatial-temporal setup. However, being always mindful is something only a true sage can pull off. Consequently, there are certain dos and don’t devise by these sages so that anyone can attempt via these guidelines. Note that these guidelines are supportive and come from only a Vastu aspect.

Conclusion

Being aware and understanding the significance of Vastu Chakra for home is merely the initial stage of utilising the flow of energies to our benefit. Instead, many efforts have to be put forth in implementing these principles. Moreover, Shakti Chakra Vastu is an excellent tool for accurately pinpointing the areas that have the potential to be used for the upliftment of positive energies and simultaneously avoiding the area that can trigger negative vibrations. And consequently, the knowledge of Vastu is being capitalised on by people from different wakes of life. It is only a matter of time before the knowledge of Vastu Science and the related tools will be acknowledged as an authoritative alternative to modern architecture.
