 As per the reports, Virushka’s latest farmhouse in Alibaug is spread over an area of 8 acres of land near Zirad, a village in the locality. The luxury farmhouse will cost around Rs. 19 crore, 24 lakh and 50 thousand to the power couple. The report further added that the couple has already made a deposit of Rs. 1.15 crore in the treasury of the government. And as you know, Virat Kohli is currently in UAE for the Asia Cup Tournament 2022, therefore the deal for the farmhouse in Alibaug was successfully closed by his brother Vikas Kohli through ‘power of attorney’. The couple also paid Rs. 3.35 lakh in custom duty. The entire farmhouse deal was led by a renowned real estate company, Samira Habitats. 

 Before this massive purchase, the former captain of Team India had acquired a part of the ‘Gouri Kunj’ bungalow in the Juhu suburbs of Mumbai.
