Women also give emphasis to factors like nearby schools, availability of facilities like daycare or crèche options, transit infrastructure and the overall community in general. Women like homes that maximize homes and dislike any clutter. They look for ample space for utilities like appliances along with cubbies, drawers, cupboards and cabinets. A dedicated laundry area with electricity and water connections is also a major plus point for a woman.
Women prefer spacious and open kitchens with ample dining and storage spaces as this will be helpful for entertaining guests and also for the entire family to dine together. Women also look for greater value from their investments. It is more important to figure out how much the house will be worth around 15-20 years later.
