• Registration certificate issued by the society’s registrar.

• Norms of the society.

3. In case of trust

• Registered trust deed

4. In case of partnership firm

• Form A and Form B issued by the registrar of the firm.
• Deed of partnership.

• Own funds: A photocopy of the shares, NSCs, bonds, or FDRs of a publicly traded corporation or a certificate of liquidity from any Nationalised Bank or Scheduled Bank.
• Loan: From friends or relatives: a liquidity certificate from any of their Nationalised or Scheduled Banks, together with an affidavit of support; or from a bank or other financial institution: a letter saying that the bank has, in principle, agreed to examine the project for finance.
• Applicant’s affidavit certifying that all the statements attached in the application or annexures are correct and true.
• Net worth as per to the financial statement, where net worth statements are meant to be approved by the statutory authorities and via a chartered accountant of the company.
• Turnover certificate attested by the CA having turnover of the last three financial years.
•  Affidavit of the applicant that certifies whether the person is applying for the first time.
